Application procedures

Application Procedure for Bachelor Degree Programs

1. Online Application

Applicants shall apply online and the website is 

http://cqust.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx. The application to Bachelor Degree Programs shall be complete by the applicants themselves. The online application system will be opened on March 20, 2019 and closed on June 10, 2019. 

2. Application Materials

• Scanned copy of the first page of your passport

• Scanned copy of Chinese visa pages and residence permits ( if you have)

• A diploma of a senior high school or above

• Transcripts for the last academic year of the most advanced studies

• Certificate of Non-criminal (in recent 6 months)

• Foreigner Physical Examination Form (in recent 6 months)

• Certificate of financial support (no less than 2,000 dollars)

• Proof of Chinese Proficiency (provided by students who apply for programs in Chinese)

• Proof of English proficiency (provided by students who apply for programs in English)

• President Scholarship Application Form for International Student (Freshman) of Chongqing University of Science and Technology (if you need )

P.S. International students who apply for the bachelor degree programs taught in Chinese can participate in the Chinese language training program of our university if they are unable to provide proof of Chinese proficiency.

Application Procedure for Master Degree Programs

1. Online Application 

Applicants shall apply online and the website is 

http://cqust.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx.  The application to Master Degree Program shall be complete by the applicants themselves. The online application system will be opened on March 20, 2019 and closed on June 10, 2019. 

2. Application Materials? 

• Scanned copy of the first page of your passport

• Scanned copy of Chinese visa pages and residence permits ( if you have)? 

• A diploma of bachelor or above? 

• Transcripts for the last academic year of the most advanced studies? 

• Two recommendation letters offered by professors? 

• Certificate of Non-criminal (in recent 6 months)? 

• Foreigner Physical Examination Form (in recent 6 months)? 

• Certificate of financial support (no less than 2,000 dollars)? 

• Proof of Chinese Proficiency? 

• President Scholarship Application Form for International Student (Freshman) of Chongqing University of Science and Technology (if you need )
